
Francisca is a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and approved supervisor. She earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. She is fluent in both Spanish & English.
Francisca gained her clinical experience from school settings, psychiatric hospitals, and non-profit organizations. Most of her work has been providing therapeutic services such as individual, group, and family therapy. She has experience in providing emotional regulation and nurturing groups for ages 7-11.
Francisca works from a solution-focused, trauma informed, and family systems approach. She is EMDR trained and Theraplay Level I trained. She has provided counseling for families experiencing life transitions, cultural issues, parenting roles, attachment issues, and trauma.
Francisca provides a safe and nurturing space where she strives to approach her clients with respect, acceptance, and curiosity. She believes in meeting her clients where they are in their healing process. During sessions, Francisca helps clients explore and reflect on family patterns, roles, and strengths. She uses playful activities for positive engagement and nurturing experiences in her family sessions.

Self pay rate: $180 per session

Susan’s approach to counseling is authentic, empathetic, supportive and respectful. She believes that everyone has a story and we all need support sometimes to feel seen, heard and understood.
Susan is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
and holds a bachelor degree from The University of Texas at Austin and Master of Arts in Psychology Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Susan has worked extensively in private practice with children, teens, parents, and adults with mental health challenges such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, OCD, complex trauma/PTSD, and ADHD. Susan recently worked with student athletes as the Team Mentor for a NCAA Championship Team at the University of Texas at Austin. She practices with cognitive behavioral therapy, delectable behavioral and trauma informed therapies.
Susan is the author of original workbooks for children, teens and adults based on cognitive behavioral therapy and works with several non-profit organizations to
provide accessible and affordable care for underserved communities.
