New Patient Therapy Appointment Request

We currently have 2 therapists, Francis and Mayra. Please visit their page to learn more.


Francis accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield and offers self-pay rates at $120 per appointment. 


Mayra is not in network with any insurance but is offering self-pay rates at $100 per appointment.
